✨ What is your current lead time?
Our current lead time is within 7-14 working days. As much as possible, kindly consider delays and/or waiting time since all orders are made to order and upon ordering, we will be just ordering the garment to avoid over stocking in our office space since we also have limited space in our area.
Please do not rush orders. If needed immediately, please do message us in our Instagram or in our email so we can arrange your request. Please note, rush request may apply additional fees.
✨ Do I have to pay in full after placing an order?
Yes. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled or even start until we have received your 100% payment.
✨ What are your shipping options and costs?

✨What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCASH, BDO, BPI, and Paypal.
✨ May I provide my own item to avail of your embroidery services?
The option to provide your own items is currently for approval. Please do message us first on our Instagram Page regarding your item to be embroidered.
